The hotel has 153 welcoming and spacious guest rooms, including 22 business-friendly rooms which are ideal for the intrepid business traveller. Smoking rooms, interconnecting rooms and easy-access rooms are available upon request.

During your stay you can take advantage of the Innaction health club, complete with a gymnasium and weights room, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa. The centre also offers fitness classes and beautician and therapy rooms, for treatments. For business events the hotel has 9 excellent ground floor conference rooms, with the largest room being able to accommodate 475 delegates and the ability to showcase vehicles and large machinery. They feature Wi-Fi, climate control and dedicated conference organisers. Some rooms have natural day light.

Food & Beverages

A buffet with a wide selection of cold cut meats, cheeses, fruit and homemade yoghurt, as well as continental dishes and a full English breakfast, are served each morning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
