In Aparthotel Alexandra, we want your stay to be the most comfortable you can get, because of that, we offer you the following services: Reception 24h, Room-service, Lobby-bar 24h., daily cleaning-service, laundry service, swimming-pool and breakfast-service. Moreover, we will shortly have other services to make your stay with us even better, our objective is to make you enjoy your stay and forget about anything else.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 6.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
