We are ideally situated on Aberavon seafront with 2 miles of flat promenade, a wide sandy beach and views across Swansea Bay to the Gower Peninsula. We are just 7 miles from the centre of Swansea, close to Port Talbot and Neath and only minutes from the M4. Our elegant Greenhouse Restaurant serves fine food. Many of our comfortable bedrooms have sea views and we have a range of flexible conference rooms. Relax and unwind during your stay in our all-weather leisure centre complete with heated pool, sauna and spa. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
