Breakfast is served in the Great Room, where you can also relax in the evening with a drink from the bar. Additional facilities at this Swansea hotel include modern meeting rooms, perfect for up to 24 delegates. Please be advised that Express by Holiday Inn Swansea is now a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted within any guest rooms or public areas.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
