A transfer from/to Bourgas and Varna airports is available upon request and at an additional cost. Please send your flight number with your request, or include it in the reservation. Free parking is offered on request.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel is included in the price.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 2.50 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
