From here you can make interesting tours to touristy Santander, Santillana del Mar with the ancient Altamira cave, the Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno zoo, the Picos de Europa Mountains and the Covadonga shrine. Visit the marvellous beaches such as La Concha and Los Locos with its wonderful cliffs. Travel information By Car: From Santander Parayas airport: - Take the motorway towards Torrelavega. - 8 km before you arrive at Torrelavega take the exit for Santillana del Mar, Suances. - Carry on along this road to Suances. From Bilbao or Oviedo: - Take the motorway towards Santander. - From there take the exit for Santillana del Mar, Suances. - Then follow the instructions above.
