The Hotel am Schlossgarten provides 4 spacious, soundproofed conference rooms which can host up to 120 people. The conference rooms can be interconnected or separated according to your needs. They boast ample natural daylight, modern technology, and wireless internet access. Luxurious banquet facilities are also available for private celebrations and business functions.

The Hotel am Schloßgarten prides itself on the excellence and diversity of its culinary services. The Café am Schloßgarten will seduce you with its fresh, widely appreciated cakes and gateaux. Make sure to try the delicious breakfast options, imaginative snacks, set meals, light dishes and tempting ice-cream specialities. Modeled on American cocktail bars, the John-Cranko Lounge invites you to enjoy freshly pulled beers, sophisticated long drinks and a quality range of champagnes. Regular live entertainment is available in the evenings. The Schloßgarten Restaurant serves a menu of light, classic dishes and fine regional meals in cheerful yet elegant surroundings. In summer, you can dine on the panoramic terrace. The VINOthek Schloßgarten is a quality wine store and bistro in one. Here, you can taste and purchase wines from Germany, France, and other market leaders. Accompany your wine with tasty snacks and light dishes. The Gourmet-Restaurant Zirbelstube has been awarded with one Michelin star and 18 Gaullt Millau points. It offers fine dining inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine within an exclusive ambience. Meals are also served on the panoramic terrace during the summer. Reservation is essential.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
