The Premiere TV station can be viewed free of charge. Washing machines and dryers will be available for a small fee if needed.

Hotel details

Reception is occupied from 06:00 to 22:00 on Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 07:00 to 15:30. If you are arriving outside of these hours, we kindly request that you contact the hotel in advance in order to obtain your personal door code. Reception of the cable TV "Premiere" is free of charge. On request you may use a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
