Hotel details

The hotel reception is open from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 until 12:00, and again from 14:00 until 22:30. At the weekend, the reception is open from 07:00 until 12:00, and again from 15:00 until 21:00. Please call contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these hours. Contact details will be included in your confirmation e-mail. A limited number of free parking spaces are available at the hotel. These parking spaces cannot be reserved.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
