The deluxe and feature double rooms are more spacious and offer mineral water, bathrobes, upgraded toiletries and fresh milk. Many of our rooms enjoy attractive views out over the peaceful mature gardens.

Children aged 16 and under sharing parents room are accomodated free and only charged for meals as taken. Children aged 16 and under, sharing with 1 adult or in their own room are charged at 50% of the adult rate. No dogs allowed except guide dogs

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
