Food & Beverages

The elegant, air-conditioned Garden Room Restaurant was refurbished in January 2008. It offers a fine choice of international cuisine complemented by an extensive wine list and friendly and professional service.

Payment Information: Payment is not due until departure, at which point your credit or debit card will be charged by the hotel. Additional Policy Information: Children aged 15 years old and under can share the room of accompanying adults free of charge. Meals are not included and should be paid for as taken. Please note that these discounts are not applicable for any rate over the Christmas period. No children under the age of 15 may stay at the hotel on New Year's Eve, when all guests over 15 are charged at the full rate. Other Information: From 16 July 2008 all bedrooms are non-smoking. No pets, other than registered guide dogs, are allowed. Parking: The hotel's free parking facilities are for a maximum of 45 cars. A space cannot be guaranteed. A large, chargeable public car park is located 180 metres away.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
