Please note that from August 2007 until 2010 major redevelopment works are being undertaken at the Royal Shakepeare Theatre. Slight disturbances may be caused during this time. However, all work is scheduled to take place on Monday-Fridays during office working hours. Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 4.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 6.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
