All rooms are comfortable and equipped to a high standard. Single and double rooms are available with queen- or king-size bed as well as rooms with connecting doors. They have en suite bathrooms and disability access. There are 100 rooms and 8 apartments available.

The hotel's facilities include all necessary elements such as a restaurant, bistro and bar as well as meeting facilities. Furthermore, an underground garage, spread over 2 floors under the building, offers 80 parking spaces. Internet via hotel´s own laptop free of charge.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy your meal in our hotel restaurant, where we serve regional and international cuisine. Thanks to the vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the inland bays, the fish couldn’t be fresher. Every day we offer a rich and reasonably priced evening buffet. Our Bar Hemingway has a well-established place in the social scene of Stralsund and the surrounding countryside. The beverage menu lists more than 160 cocktails, more than 130 whiskies and a huge variety of beverages including internationally approved brandy, rum, cognac or grappa. Our ever-changing top offers with weekly cocktails are very popular.

Please note that parties will be held at the hotel on a series of nights. As the events will continue to the early morning hours (about 05:30), a good night's sleep cannot be guaranteed on these dates. In 2009, the Garage Party evenings will be held on 07 November 2009, 05 December 2009, and 31 December 2009. In 2010, the Garage Party evenings will be held on 06 February 2010, 06 March 2010, and 10 April 2010. Hotel guests are welcome to attend these parties and enjoy free entry (drinks excluded). On these party weekends, the restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday and the entrance to the underground garage is closed between 19:00 on Saturday and 07:00 on Sunday. You can leave your car in the underground car park but you cannot drive in or out during the above hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
