A reduced rate is available for guests of the hotel on Stralsund’s public transport network, which you can get simply by displaying your room card. Guests also receive a discounted rate for the Hansedom spa and wellness centre.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant serves breakfast from 06:00 until 10:00. Meals are available from 18:00 until 21:30 from Mondays to Friday.

Please note the special check-in times at weekends: Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 Sunday: 10:00 - 14:00

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
