We are a 31 bedroom hotel. All our rooms are en suite and offer a complimentary tea tray.

The hotel serves a range of freshly prepared bar meals and snacks throughout the day in the bar and comfortable snug bar. We also have a picturesque walled courtyard, which in full bloom, is full of delightful colours. We are close to Milton Keynes Centre, which houses a shopping centre, a variety of pubs and night clubs, a state-of-the-art theatre, an indoor snowdome, 10-pin bowling alley, ice-skating rink and a large cinema. Woburn Safari park is around 15 minutes away by car. Towcester is around 7 miles away, and this has quite a few pubs on the main High Street, which usually offer various forms of entertainment. Bicester and Buckingham are about 20 minutes away and both have various shops with different styles and tastes catered for. Bicester Village is located here as well. They offer brand named clothing, jewellery, accessories and footwear at discounted prices.

Food & Beverages

Traditional furnishings and polished wooden floors create a relaxed yet contemporary feel. An innovative menu is available all day, while the popular Market Bar serves a wide variety of freshly prepared bar meals, specials and snacks. A range of meals, sandwiches and jacket potatoes are available in the bar during lunchtimes and evenings. You can also choose one of the popular sharing platters, or something from the range of specials.

Please note that we are now open after substantial refurbishment of the ground floor public areas. We operate a non-smoking policy throughout, except outdoor areas. Please note that special conditions apply to group bookings. Contact the hotel for more information.

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
