Clients appreciate the hotel is the right choice for all nature lovers. The newly-built comfortably arranged villa for 17 guests placed in a quiet place near the forest at the edge of the village. Unpolluted air providing climatic therapy to your respiratory system will make your holiday a curative stay. Admire the beauty of the world's smallest alpine mountains, and above all, and get new energy for your body and soul. In winter and in low season we are offering the whole villa exclusively for families or groups / up to 17 persons. We are offering accomodation in our villa or nearby cottages.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 3 years are welcome. Baby cots are not available. All older children or adults are charged EUR 7 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
