Access to Spindles Health & Leisure Club is available at an additional cost. When visiting Spindles, it is the hotel's policy that all children aged between 2 and 16 years should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Spindles is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 until 22:30, and at weekends from 09:00 to 17:00. There is ramped access to the hotel’s front entrance and level access to its lifts and conference rooms. There are 2 designated accessible bedrooms (with bathrooms) on the ground floor. There is a ramp to the bar area, whilst the lower end of the restaurant is accessible. Staff briefed to describe menu, special diets catered for. There are 3 steps to the health club reception, with access to the poolside but neither the changing area nor jacuzzi.

Food & Beverages

Jenny's Cocktail Bar provides tea, coffee and sandwiches, as well as a full range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Just off the lobby, the bar provides a relaxing place for a quiet drink or chat with a friend. Jenny's Restaurant offers traditional decor and a 3-course menu every evening, with 5 choices of meals, suitable for all tastes. In the morning, the Big Britannia Breakfast offers a selection of hot and cold dishes. Special diets can be catered for with advance notice.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
