That's the thought behind Gretas kök, Clarion Hotel Stockholm's à la carte restaurant. Our menu simply describes our dishes and the show kitchen lets you see how they're cooked.Using only Swedish ingredients we create national cuisine with international influents; classics in a new suit, elegant and without fuzz.
