Our Restaurant and sun room are nicely decorated and when the weather allows it, you can enjoy your a la carte dinner on our terrace. The menu offers several culinary dishes to satisfy all gourmets. Besides this, Best Western Hotel Hiddingerberg offers several conference rooms with a capacity for 500 persons.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
