Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  One child under 15 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All further children under 15 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
