The hotel regrets to inform that it is not accessible for disabled people During your stay you can enjoy pure relaxation in the hotel's wellness centre, equipped with: Finnish sauna; bio-sauna; steam bath; various water areas; and a whirlpool with a fantastic view. For those who wish to really spoil and enjoy themselves, the centre offers a variety of massages: partial or full-body; hot stone; hand and foot; face; and lymph drainage. So that even your skin is optimally cared for after a sunny day in the Upper Engadine’s fresh mountain air, special skin treatments are available: relaxation and aroma baths; hay bath; peelings; masks; facials; and Vita Skin treatment. All treatments are adapted to your personal needs.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 13 to 16 years is charged CHF 80.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 140.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
