Special Offer Winter 2007-2008: Book your skiing stay now and benefit from a 5% discount on your ski-pass for a stay of 6 days or more. This offer is only valid when you book on this website. The full amount of the stay is to be paid on arrival. Please indicate how many ski-passes you require at the time of booking.

Damages deposit: this deposit is payable at the moment of Check-In and is a 100% reimbursed if: the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged, you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
