If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
