Area information The MECC conference centre is easy to access , 10 minute drive (7km). Maastricht, Holland's oldest city, is only a 5 minute drive away, where you can peruse pavement cafes and bars, visit the Bonnefantenmuseum's renowned art collection, or simply stroll along the banks of the picturesque river Maas. Travel information - Take the motorway for Maastricht / Luik. - Passed Maastricht take the 56 exit for St Geertruid. - Turn left at the rotary intersection for St Geertruid. - Continue until you reach a large parking place, where you can park your car. The hotel is on the other side of the street.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. One older child or adult is charged EUR 22.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
