Hotel details

In this residence, which proposes no entertainment, you will have a choice of small functional flats with or without a loggia or garden and villas for 6 to 8 persons with a nice garden and a tiled terrace.

Please note that stays are per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Opening hours of the reception situated at the residence "Les Pierres de Jade monday to friday : 9:00 to 12:00 AM and 4:00 to 7:00 PM saturday : 8:00 to 12:00 AM and 2:00 to 9:00 PM sunday : 9:00 to 11:00 AM A deposit corresponding to 25% of the amount of the total booking will be requested at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be requested 1 month before the date of arrival. Please note that a EUR 200 deposit plus a EUR 50 deposit for cleaning service will be requested on site. End of stay cleaning is to be done by the client or will be charged EUR 45 to 60. Price does not include linen, towels and final cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
