The Carlyon Bay's 86 bedrooms provide every comfort you are entitled to expect of a fine hotel. But inevitably, it is the breathtaking views from each room that provide the abiding memory of your stay. Each room also has the benefit of an interactive TV with satellite channel, tea/coffee making facilities, a direct dial telephone and en suite bathroom. Deluxe rooms offer a range of additional luxuries. Accommodation is as flexible as your requirements, with family rooms giving parents with children a haven of their own. Baby listening and baby-sitting facilities are available to offer parents with peace of mind. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Whether you are here to play the spectacular championship golf course, to unwind in the spa or just to spend some quality time with the children, the Carlyon Bay Hotel has something for everyone. Should you wish to venture slightly further afield during your stay, why not step into another world at the Eden Project, located just 2 miles (3.2 km) from the hotel. With fast-track entry tickets available from reception, you can experience nature at its wondrous best and make the most of a head start on the crowds. You could also visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan, which are a mere 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel, and transport yourself to a bygone age of high teas and the Famous Five. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
