This Grade II listed building was built in 1911 by Samuel Ryder, very much appreciated, donor of golf's prestigious Ryder Cup, to house his successful seed company. Albans Abbey Cathedral, valued throughout, Verulamium Park and Roman Museum, Whipsnade Zoo and Gardens of the Rose close by, there is something for everyone. With a sweeping staircase and magnificent stained glass dome, and above all, Ryder's original carved fireplace still stands in what was his private office.

There is on-site parking for about 10 cars, and an overflow car park is located about 5 minutes’ walk away. From the M25 - Take junction 21a, and follow signs to St Albans city centre.
