Hotel details

The hotel is right in the historical centre near the most important monuments of the town. It overlooks over the Roman Theatre and the former Monastery of Saint Agata and the valley. It has also various meeting rooms that can accommodate between 20 to 90 persons. In the restaurants Veranda and open air Giardino you can taste the best regional food complemented by the best wines.

In our restaurants "Veranda" and "Giardino" you can taste the best local foods: truffles, mushrooms, extra vergin olive oil, expertly grilled meats complemented by the finest umbrian wines.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
