The Hotel Grotta di Tiberio receives its customers with its 28 rooms Standards, Plus Standards, Superior and Executive that defer for the dimension and the availability of balcony or garden. All fitted with air conditioned, SAT TV LCD, direct telephone. Some rooms are for disabled and the structure is for them, totally useful.

The Hotel Grotta di Tiberio lies down at the feet of the hill at few hundreds metres from Sperlonga. Small medieval village on the slopes of the Mount San Magno. The candid white colour of the structure realized in the respect of the Mediterranean shapes, guards the emotion that the sea and the sky give constantly with their natural show. Walking with barefoot on the fresh green, bathing in the swimming pool, relaxing in the hydro massage corner and laying down with a fresh drink in the shadow of olive or palms trees, are simple gestures that give your five senses a pleasant feeling of soothed serenity.

Food & Beverages

With panoramic views of the surrounding landscape which includes Mount San Magno, Tiberius' Villa and the Pontine Islands, the Veranda Restaurant features local specialities and typical Italian cuisine. You can enjoy all meals at the restaurant including dinners which are offered at poolside.

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
