Let yourself be pampered in a comfortable and refined atmosphere. Children between 0 and 16 year only have access to the Balmoral Wellness Centre outside treatments hours.

On Fridays and Saturdays you cannot dine in the restaurant Entre Terre & Mer without a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 17 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
