Hotel details

Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or restaurant areas. Use of the wellness centre (sauna, hammam, whirlpool, fitness) is free, and only allowed for guests aged 16 and over.

The hotel's restaurant, Le Rendez-vous de l'Europe, serves French and international cuisine as well as delicious specialties from the Ardennes.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One child from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 21.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 11 to 16 years is charged EUR 27.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 42.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
