Hotel details

The hotel has ramped access to its side entrance, with lift access to all floors. A limited number of accessible rooms and bathrooms are available. Ramped access to the restaurant is possible, with level access to the bar.

Please note that parking at the hotel is limited (approximately 80 spaces) and is allocated on a first come, first served basis. If no spaces are available upon your arrival, parking is also available nearby at a similar cost (ask hotel staff for further details). Group bookings of 10 rooms or more need to be prepaid and are non-refundable. Please note an admin fee of GBP 3 applies to all Advance Purchase Rates.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 2.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 16 years is charged GBP 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
