The restaurant, Les Collets Rouges, is set in the old refectories and overlooks the majestic Cour des Rouges. It serves creative and regional gourmet cuisine. It is listed in the Guide Michelin, le Petit Futé and Guide du Routard. It is open from 12:00 to 13:45 and 19:30 to 21:45. It is closed on Sunday evenings and during the winter months. The bar, Le Gaillac, welcomes you in a very cosy atmosphere. It is open from 18:30 to 21:30 from November to March, and from 18:30 to 01:00 from March to October.

Please note that there is no lift in the Pavillon des Hôtes building and it is subject to a historical monument tax per room per night.
