Please note that the free shuttle service to/from Terminal 1 runs on a fixed schedule. Terminal 2 shuttle service is available on request. Both shuttles are on a first-come-first-served basis. This hotel does not accept Postepay and Discovery Card to guarantee reservations.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
