Group booking policy: Reservations for six or more rooms under the same name for the same arrival date will be classed as a group booking and may require a deposit or full prepayment before the date of arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
