Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 7 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 13 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
