Rooms

All rooms are equipped with: minibar, radio, colour TV/Satellite and Cable TV, TV remote control, bedside alarm clock, desk. All rooms have air conditioning. Free wireless internet available in the lobby and the Deluxe rooms. Junior Suites consist of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, a total area of 56 m2. Each room and suite has a writing desk and chair, TV, Pay-TV, safe and a mini bar. All other rooms cover 28 m2 each and differentiate in floor level, city or mountain view and the standard of fitting out. All bathrooms are equipped with WC, washbasin, mirror, bath with shower, hair dryer and hotel cosmetics.

The spacious ATAMA Fitness Center is one of the most modern in Europe, includes a large in-door pool opening to a tanning-lawn and massage rooms. The extensive arcade features a styling salon with facial and body care, massage therapies, manicure and pedicure and other boutiques. MAESTRO operates an exquisite jewelry boutique featuring diamonds from the IDC, Chopard designs and other world-class brands. The hotel features 3 large banqueting halls, fully-equipped to meet international expectations: Sofia one, 2 and 3 (776 m²) combine to accommodate up to 650 guests. Kyoto and Vitosha Salons each cater for up to 100 guests. The newly renovated boardrooms feature comfortable chairs and tables in the height and shape that offer: easy connectivity to power and the web for each individual delegate; easy access to built-in multi-media presenters; interactive screens; microphones; flip charts; white boards; and peg boards. They can accommodate up to 20 people, depending upon the style of meeting. The hotel operates free of charge a guarded garage and parking lots. Its acclaimed Japanese Gardens are ideal for relaxation or brain storming sessions. It takes only 20 minutes to the Vitosha ski slopes and lift stations.

Panorama - Rooftop Restaurant Bulgaria's power and business elite meets over dinner at the Panorama. You will delight in the fantastic views of Vitosha mountain or Sofia. We would like to kindly inform you that due to a scheduled renovation, the fitness centre and pool area & spa will be closed during the following periods: Fitness centre: 1 August to 16 August 2009, pool area and spa: 1 August to 31 October 2009. The Hotel apologies for any inconvenience this might cause you.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.62 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
