The new stylish building offers 3 Junior suites, 6 Business/ Tower rooms, 1 studio and 21 standard rooms, all with Queen size bed or twin beds, air-conditioned with individually controlled temperature, cable TV, full stocked mini-bar, direct telephone ISDN line, Internet access(free of charge) and also non-smoking rooms. Some of the standard rooms are facing the main boulevard, some the side street and some the back yard. In all rooms you can choose between queen sized bed or twin beds.

The restaurant with only 36 seats offers you a great variety of Gurme cuisine. It is the perfect place for business lunches and dinners, private parties and celebrations with friends. You will find coziness and comfort in the lobby bar and in the outdoor restaurant garden for up to 60 persons.

There is a pick-up service which needs to be reserved in advance. The hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Area information Lozenetz Hotel is in the most prestigious business area and City Center Sofia Mall (CCS) is just 300 metres away. The National Palace of Culture is a 10-minute walk. Sofia is Bulgaria's capital and largest city with a population of more than 1.2 million people. Sofia dominates Bulgaria's economic, social and political scenes. In the 7th century BC, the Thracian Serdi tribe settled here. In the 14th century, Sofia was named after the basilica St. Sofia, the oldest East-Orthodox church in the city, built by Byzantine Emperor Justinian in the period 527 – 565 AD. During 5 centuries of Ottoman rule the church had been turned into a mosque. Beside the wall of the church is the tomb of the unknown soldier. After a devastating earthquake in the 19th century, the church was abandoned and only in 1900 was it restored in full. Vitosha Mountain is on the south part of the town and many people choose to go skiing there. Travel information There is a pick-up service which needs to be reserved in advance. The nearest tram station is 200 meters from the hotel. The nearest bus station is 200 meters from the hotel. The nearest subway is 1.5 km from the hotel (from 2009).
