Each of its unique spacious 109 rooms of over 50 sq. m is elegantly appointed and offers luxury, style and comfort on a 5-star level. The hotel features also 13 comfortable oversized suites including 2 Grand Suites, providing the finest in Sofia lodging. All rooms have air condition with individually controlled temperature, satellite and pay TV, mini bar, in-room safe and electronic lock system, separate bathtub and shower cabin. The needs of business guests have also been well catered for with direct dial telephones and high speed Internet access. Panoramic rooms and suites on the top floor offer beautiful view over the city. Facilities for disabled and two non-smoking floors are also available.

Food & Beverages

At guests’ disposal is the elegant “Shades of Red” Gourmet Restaurant, overlooking the City garden and offering unique selection of gourmet delights from international and local cuisine. “Triaditza” Restaurant provides a garden-like setting for break-out lunches and dinners and it is combined with one of our meeting rooms, swiftly transforming into a state-of-the-art Conference hall. Less formal luncheons and receptions are enhanced during the warmer months by the terrace. The Grand Café and the Lobby Bar are the perfect points to stop off for a pre-theater rendezvous or a convivial chat with coffee, while the Cigar Bar with its stylish and relaxed atmosphere, is the place where cigar lovers can share their passion. During the evening the Piano Bar it is the perfect ambience to relax after a hard day and a meeting point to have an aperitif while enjoying music until late at night.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.62 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
