The hotel is set in 2 acres of woodlands and dunes and features 113 elegantly appointed bedrooms, all double-sized, including 4 suites, an a la carte restaurant with panoramic views of the 9 hole golf-course, a sunny out-door terrace during the summer, a cozy bar, comfortable library and Oriental lounge. The Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen is the ideal venue for meetings, presentations, training-sessions, receptions and incentives for up to 1000 participants. All 113 bedrooms are of double size and feature a large balcony with out-door seating. All of our bedrooms have two comfortable chairs, a large working desk with computer-modem-point, mini-bar, coffee & tea making facilities, a large bathroom with both full length bath and a separate shower as standard. Orange Bar and Juliana Lounge Enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a game of pool in our stylish Orange Bar. Alternatively, relax with a cocktail in our cosy and inviting Juliana Lounge. Restaurant Royal Parc The Royal Parc Restaurant, located on the ground floor with stunning views of the golf course, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. An a la carte menu is complimented by a daily changing 3-course chef's menu and an extensive wine-list. When the weather allows it, we will serve on our terrace as well.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 21.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
