The charming Victorian look is immediately recognizable once in the lobby with its fireplace and chesterfield sofas; the Penny Black Lounge were one can sip cool cocktails or English teas in an informal ambience to The Copperfield's Restaurant with its luscious buffets and superb a La Carte menu. The high standard of residential comfort, the warm ambience and the friendly staff will ensure a relaxed stay.

Food & Beverages

The Copperfields Restaurant, the hotel’s signature restaurant seats 120 for elegant dining in a decor with gilded mirror, carved mahogany buffet counter and antique paintings, Copperfield’s creates a sense of timelessness. The Penny Black is a quiet venue for a wide range of cocktails, coffees & teas where you can enjoy an intimate conversation in an utterly relaxed mood. Selections include various cocktails, champagnes, wines, the finest spirits and a delicious menu offering sumptuous snacks from the traditional club sandwich to the exotic king prawns. During the Summer season, the Pool Bar offers light snacks, cool drinks & coffees from 08:30 till 17:30 hours. With comfortable leather Chesterfield sofas spread around the fireplace the Lobby Lounge is the ideal spot for reading & afternoon coffees. During the winter season high tea is also served.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
