Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge at least 14 days before date of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hotel will charge 80% of the total amount from your credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Children under 6 in their parents' room stay for free; children aged 6 – 11 in their parents' room at 50% off the listed prices. The Eifeltherme is opened for children up from 12 years.

Travel information

By car: Take the A1 towards Trier and leave it at exit 111 (Wißkirchen). Carry on about 32 km down the B266, passing through Gemünd and heading for Simmerath. Before Einruhr turn left towards Erkensruhr. Alternatively, if you're coming down the A44 towards Belgium, take the Aachen/Lichtenbusch exit and head for Monschau, taking the road through Roetgen/Lammersdorf/Simmerath/Kesternich/Einruhr, and then, on the B266, turn right for Erkensruhr about 1 km after Einruhr. By train: The nearest station is Kall. It's easiest to just take a taxi to Erkensruhr.
