Rooms

The hotel has 8 rooms and a suite. The Landhaus am Scharam is a non-smoking hotel. At the bar smoking is permitted, but please refrain from smoking in the bedrooms and surrounding areas. 3 rooms feature a French bed, while the remaining 5 rooms are equipped with double beds. The Suite has a separate sleeping area with a French bed and a living-sleeping area with a double bed and two sofas, which can be converted to beds. All rooms are equipped with either a shower or bath, a telephone, internet access and a TV. The rooms have bright wooden furniture and beds that are also suitable for allergic persons. 3 rooms have bunk beds for children.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge until 12:00 before the date of arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show the hotel is entitled to charge up to 80% of the total booking sum from your credit card. Special conditions apply for "Stay 2 SAVE 10%"offers: No cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, the full amount will be charged from your credit card. Bauma Fair 22-04-2007 till 29-04-2007 in Munich No cancellation or changes possible for this fair. The total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed. In the case of a cancellation or change of the reservation this amount is not refunded. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Children up to the age of 3 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A cot is available on request. Children aged 4-10 years can stay in a bunk bed for EUR 20.

The hotel’s cuisine revolves around the season’s offerings, so the choice of meals changes regularly. The menu is supplemented by an excellent selection of choice wines from France, Italy, Germany and Austria. Also available are refined digestives. The restaurant co-operates as far as possible with domestic suppliers and producers, and the cuisine features fresh products whenever possible. The restaurant is open every day except Monday, Tuesday and on public holidays. The kitchen operates from 12 noon until 14:00 and from 18:00 until 22:00. From 14:00 until 18:00 the restaurant offers a limited menu.
