Our hotel is comprised of single and double rooms, executive suites and deluxe Almasah suites. All rooms are designed to accommodate business travelers, international business executives, visitors from neighboring Emirates and Gulf countries and tourists visiting the UAE Shopping & Leisure. We make reservations in hotels, arrange traveling tickets, offer exchange, car rent, a secretary and newspapers, according to what the visitors wants.

If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the following countries, please arrange your VISA before arrival. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  AED 10.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person.  American breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person.  Breakfast is not included and costs AED 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged AED 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
