Traditional Cantonese cuisine can be found on the first floor in the Han Lin Gold Palace Shark's Fin Seafood Restaurant, a high-end Cantonese restaurant serving the finest shark fin and sea food, as well as Chinese cuisine by a famous Hong Kong chef. The Rendez Vous Coffee Lounge is the meeting place of the town, serving the world's highest grade of branded coffee and British high tea. In the Western Bistro Rooftop Lounge Dining and Restaurant, come and enjoy a relaxing meal among the serenity of the Mansion Hotel while viewing Shanghai's skyline.

Rates quoted are in USD on our website. Upon check out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person.  American breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person.  Breakfast costs USD 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
