Rooms

The hotel makes use of 262 rooms, including 2 Suites Junior. They are equipped with common amenities as well as piped music and menu of pillows. All the rooms have views to the street side and are luminous, allowing clients to enjoy of magnificent sights over the city. Our complete kit of WC contains products from the brand "Agua de la Tierra". For women, we have one special rooms “feminine style" that includes a cosmetic bag with everything what a woman may need during her stay (nail, lip balsam, exfoliating glove...) and the feminine magazine "Telva". Queen size beds on requests.

Food & Beverages

Our hotels are renowned for their quality dining. The spacious and bright restaurant is one of the best in the area. The NH breakfasts are fully assorted with top-quality products. Served Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 11:00, and 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. From Monday to Friday we also serve Mediterranean cuisine at lunch (13:30-16:00) and dinner (20:00-23:00). At weekends you can make use of room service for lunch from 13:30 to 15.30 and for dinner from 20:30 to 23:30.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.70 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 13.91 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.98 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 42.80 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
