Having two sizes to choose from: We have studios (living-room and bedroom in one room with a kitchenette) and one-bedroom apartments with a living-room furnished with a bed-sofa and completed equipped independent kitchen. Reception schedule: from 8:00am until midnight. Please contact the hotel if you are going to arrive from 12 am. to 8 am.

Food & Beverages

The hotel does not serve breakfast or other meals, enabling you to set aside plenty of time to sample the local cuisine.

The hotel will charge a 10.00 euros fee deposit for the parking keys.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
