Food & Beverages

Our varied culinary offer will take you down into a range of temptations for the most demanding palates. The hotel has 3 restaurants; the Guadalquivir buffet restaurant, the Italica à la carte restaurant and the elegant Palace Restaurant. A parade of dishes where traditional cuisine gets naturally combined with the latest culinary tendencies to add the Silken touch which we so much like offering our clients; and all that rightly accompanied by a fine wine selection to go with this festival of tastes. The cafeteria Rocío and the BBQ-Bar are located in the swimming pool area. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 11:00 hours.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.40 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.10 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
