Food & Beverages

The No. 5 Bistro is open to the public, as well as hotel guests, and the restaurant has proved very popular with local people. The bistro is well known for its fine food and good service. The wine list offers a selection of wines from around the world to complement your meal. There is also a semi-private area, ideal for parties of up to 30 people. Guests and non-residents can also enjoy fine food in the bar. There is also a bright and comfortable conservatory, which is a great spot in which to sit and relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Group Bookings: Please note that for group bookings of 10 rooms or more, special terms apply. For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 21 days before the date of arrival.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
