Hotel details

Relax in the sauna or in the Turkish bath. The indoor relaxing swimming pool is especially inviting after a long and active day. Please note that children under the age of 12 have limited times at which to use the indoor swimming pool (from 12:00 to 13:00).

Food & Beverages

Open all year, Restaurant Aquarius changes its menus throughout the year. Enjoy panoramic views while sipping a drink at Horizonte Bar. Bar/Restaurant Mosaico is only open during the summer and serves light meals.

For early departures, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.50 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
